30 Day Returns

The 30-day Return Policy also known as Change of Mind Policy strictly applies only to any standard offers of Products advertised on the Website. It does not apply to custom orders of any diamond(s) and or jewellery, the price of which may be negotiated personally and on a case by case basis between yourself and The Diamond Concierge Pty Ltd.

In order to make a claim you must provide proof of purchase to The Diamond Concierge Pty Ltd, safely and completely return the Product to The Diamond Concierge Pty Ltd in its original packaging, provide a description of the Product and the price paid for the Product by sending written notice to Diamond Concierge Pty Ltd at SE 1003 Level 9, Wyndham Building, 1 Corporate Court Bundall 4217, QLD, Australia, within 30 days.

Any such notice and return goods must be delivered together to The Diamond Concierge Pty Ltd via registered, signed and duly insured Australia Post or Brinks Australia facilities.

The Product must be in as new condition on return. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we reserve the right to judge whether or not a returned good is in as new condition.
